With over 15 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, Simeon has worked across independent brokerages and larger firms before founding The Mortgage Heroes. Known for his calm, straight-talking approach, he enjoys helping clients understand their options without pressure.

Outside of work, Simeon is a passionate runner who enjoys everything from pounding the tarmac to exploring trail routes. Staying fit and healthy helps him remain focused and balanced in all aspects of life. He is also happily married, a proud father of three wonderful daughters, and the owner of a miniature dachshund.

Oliver has been advising on mortgages for 12 years, supporting first-time buyers, home movers, and remortgage clients. With experience across the mortgage industry, he brings a strong technical background and a practical mindset to every case.

Outside work, Oliver prioritises staying active, whether that’s on the golf course, out for a run, or in the gym. He closely follows football and enjoys spending quality time with friends whenever he can.

With experience across both mortgages and protection, Josh focuses on helping clients feel mortgage-ready without feeling sold to. He enjoys building long-term relationships and making complex topics easier to understand.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys running, keeping active, and setting himself new fitness challenges throughout the year. He’s also a big fan of weekend coffee spots and travelling whenever he gets the chance.

Cara is responsible for issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the company’s finances remain accurate and well organised behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Cara is a busy mum of three who enjoys staying fit, keeping active, and has a real passion for cooking.
