I tried so many mortgage advisors who did absolutely nothing. I moved back from the US and knew I wouldn’t get a mortgage straight away so started working on building my credit. I went to at least 6 different advisors and went through all the same things but never seemed to get a call back to say no we couldn’t do it as you haven’t been back in the country long enough. I spoke to several on the phone and they said wait 2 years then try. I knew it would be complicated but none wanted to try. Spoke to Simeon and straight away he said it won’t be as straight forward as usual but let’s give it a go. That was in January. Within 2 days he called me and said you’ve been accepted in principal so start looking. Since then we’ve looked and found one and he put the full proposal through and we were accepted immediately. We offered on the house in June and we completed in August and just moved in. Simeon was the only one willing to try something complicated. We are now home owners thanks to him. By the way I’ve only been back 16 months now and was approved for a mortgage after 9 months. So if you are wanting to get on that property ladder and aren’t sure you can give Simeon the chance to help you.

Simeon is an absolute hero in my eyes. I would give him 6 stars if I could! He is a true professional and is incredibly focussed and diligent. I recently moved house, and he found me a great mortgage in an incredibly quick time. I have highly unusual payslips, and needed to borrow a large amount of money, so it wasn’t a simple process. My application would have failed if Simeon hadn’t paid such a high level of attention to the finer details, and I can’t thank him enough for that. His knowledge of the market is second to none, but his greatest strength is being incredibly thorough and organised with the administrative part of his role. I was also blown away by how quickly he secured the offer for me – I think it took about a week! He is also a pleasure to deal with, and I genuinely enjoyed the process of dealing with him. I will be recommending his services to all my friends, family, colleagues and business associates from now on!
